Day 8 (Still on Vacation)

Breakfast:




Lunch: Chicken Breast with Ham, Cheese and a huge Pineapple Slice!  Sweet Potatoe Fries!


Snack: Found this snack at Target.  Archer Farms has some great "healthy" snacks.  This trail mix is a combinaton of spicy peanuts, almonds, salsa corn sticks, sesames sticks, chili bits and pepitas.  It's spicy and has a little kick and best of all it is only 8 carbs per serving!



Dinner:  We ate in our hotel room tonight since we ate out for lunch...I had two eggs (from the breakfast bar), carrot sticks and a tuna "lo carb" wrap.
