Day 13 - with no bread, no pasta, no white rice, no white potatoes!

Yum!  Breakfast:  2 egg omelet with avacodo, tomatoe and feta cheese


Lunch:  Leftover Salmon cake, salad and watermelon

Snack!
Dinner:  Filet, Sweet Potatoe and Salad!
