Breakfast: Strawberry Whey Protien, Berries, Coconut Milk and Coconut Water...add a few ice cubes and blend! Delicious!
Lunch: NEED TO GO TO THE GROCERY STORE...this is what I could find: Fried bologna, topped with swiss cheese and bacon bits, Apple and Carrot Sticks (I could not finish the carrots or apples)
Snack: Went to the grocery store! Yum, I ate one.
Dinner: My favorite meal of the day! Salmon patties coated in a light layer of coconut, green beans and a salad!
