Day 24

Breakfast:  Protien Shake
Snack:  1 turkey stick


Lunch:  Chicken breast, tomato and cucumber salad, sweet potato chips, glass of almond milk.
Snack:  Greek Yogart.


Dinner:  Mexican turkey burger, spinach and strawberry salad
Mexican Turkey Burger:  Always one of my favorite burgers and so easy to make:
1 pound of turkey                                    Cook for 5-7 minutes in the broiler on each side
1/2 tsp of cummin                                    and there you have it....yummy! (be sure to put foil
1/2 tsp of chili powder                             on the pan and spray with olive oil cooking spray)
1/2 red and/or yellow pepper                            
A dash of hot sauce

And for dessert:  2 squares of my dark chocolate, almond bar I have stashed in the cabinet. :o)

Day 23

Breakfast:  Black Coffee, 2 eggs, bananas, avocado, kiwi (I was hungry!)
Snack:  Went to the pool today and relaxed...drank lots of water and had an almond trail mix to snack on.

Lunch:  Tomato slices with Tuna and Cucumbers


Dinner:  Iced coffee, Salad and Sausage




Day 22

Today was a weird day for eating....it starting with Pot Luck at church...I tried to find all I could with little or no carbs...this is what I came up with....I only ate about half of what was on my plate.

Next...I had a fudgcicle!

Later I had some leftover Fiesta Salad

I went on a five mile bike ride and stopped for frozen yogart (I had non-fat vanilla with kiwi and strawberry toppings)

When I got home I wasn't really hungry for dinner, so I just popped some popcorn and watched a movie!

Day 21


Breakfast: 2 egg omelete with avocado, tomatoe and feta cheese, coffee and a glass of soy milk.



Lunch at Ruby Tuesdays...Hamburger with blue cheese, mashed califlower and grilled green beans.












Dinner:  We went out for mexican (not pictured).  I DID NOT have any chips...although I did sniff a few...lol.  I ordered the steak fajitas with no tortillas, no rice or bean, extra lettuce and extra guacamole...the waiter felt bad and sent an order of cheese sauce to the table...I did not eat that either....lol

Day 20 - I am craving CHOCOLATE!

Breakfast:  Protien Shake
Snack:  1 turkey stick
Lunch:  1 scoop of chicken salad with melted provolone cheese, veggies chips (note:  this is a small salad plate)

Okay, here we go...I was craving chocolate (I have been for several days!)  I had 1 fudgsicle...not too bad...but then....
1 snuck into the dark chocolate..I had 2 squares....they were small...and hey dark chocolate is good for you, right?....well, my craving was satisfied!
Dinner:  Salad and Meatballs with Marinara Sauce.

Day 19

Breakfast:  2 egg spinach and feta omelet, bacon and kiwi

Lunch:  Chicken salad with 2 tsp of mayo, diced apples and red onions, sweet potato chips, sliced apples

Dinner:  Teriaki Chicken Salad from Uptown Charlies

Day 18

Breakfast:  Protien Shake
Lunch:  Leftover grilled chicken and raw carrots..ranch for dipping.
Snack:  1/4 cup of Tex Mex

Dinner:  Flounder, sweet potatoe fries and spinach


Day 17



Breakfast:  2 scrambled eggs and kiwi



Lunch:  Leftover "Shepards Pie" and  a salad

 
Dinner:  I make BACON BOWLS!  Grilled Chicken, sliced Avacodo and a Salad!  Yum!
Snack:  We went to a movie tonight and I got the kids popcorn!

Day 16

Breakfast!


Lunch with Jordan. Salad with Ginger Dressing and Jordan and I shared some Sushi, Chicken Teriaki and Tempura.  Sushi is the only time I will eat white rice!

Snack:  I ate some almonds waiting on Tony to get home for Dinner.

Dinner:  "Shepard's Pie"  I used ground turkey, peas, carrots (from the garden) and Mashed Califlower instead of Potatoes!  Topped it with a little bit of cheese and WALAH!
Another snack:  Greek Yogart with a little granola on top!

Day 15

Breakfast at the Lodge!

Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Oriental Salad from Applebees!


Snack:  Hummus with Cucumbers
Dinner:  Blackbean Burger, Veggies and more Cucumbers and Hummus!


Day 14

Breakfast:  Black Coffee, Banana, Soy Milk


Snacks for the road!  We are going back on the road on the Harley!
Lunch on the Parkway:  Cheeseburger with no Bun and Fried Green Tomotoes (I could resist! but, hey, I didn't get the fries!)
Dinner at the Lodge!  Okay, this looks a lot worse than it is...this was the healthiest thing on the menu!  A few bbq ribs, grilled chicken smothered in cheese and bacon, sweet potatoe fries, broccoli casserole and apples!  I did not eat the cheese, only ate half the fries and only ate the broccoli out of the casserole...it had rice it!

Dinner:  Filet, Sweet Potatoe and Salad!
