1st day back from vacation and I made myself this breakfast: Tea, 2 eggs over easy, tomatoes, blueberries.
I had a busy day at work...grabbed a can of tomatoe basil tuna and a glass of water.
Still busy working away, my husband made me this for dinner: 2 soy burgers, more tomatoes (from our garden) and veggies! Yum. Later before bed I had a handful of the dark chocolate, nut trail mix.
I feel like my portions are still pretty big...I think it is because I'm afraid I am still going to be hungry (with cutting out the bread)
