Day 39

Breakfast:  Oatmeal from McD's and a Coffee
(running errands early this morning!)

Lunch:  Scoop of Chicken Salad, Avocado and Apple Slices


Snack:  Cranberry Trailmix with Dark Chocolate





Dinner (not pictured)

Meatballs with Marinara Sauce (no pasta), Green Beans and a Salad!
