Breakfast: Protien Shake: Strawberry Protien, Coconut Water, Almond Milk, Ice and a few Berries (blueberry, rasberry, blackberry mix)
Lunch leftovers: Chili, Salad and Fruit
Dinner at Ham's: Boneless Chicken Wings and a Salad
