Day 38

Breakfast:
Lunch on the run (out running errands with Riley)  This is a grilled chicken ceasar salad from McDonalds.
Snack for the pool!  Water and Sweet Potato Chips!


For Dinner I had grilled chicken, broccli, califlower, carrot medley and canteloupe
(NOT PICTURED)...I forgot to snap the picture


Worked out for an hour doing a "boot camp" style workout at our club house.


Came home and drank a Vanilla Protien Shake (added a tbs of Peanut Butter)!  Yum.
