Day 28

Breakfast at the hotel consisted of scrambled eggs (gross...had 2 bites), then tried the oatmeal..it was ok...I added brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. (not pictured)


Lunch/Dinner:   We ate late...around 3pm after spending the day at the beach.  I had a salad, green beens and a yummy blackened mahi mahi!









Stopped for frozen yogart in Carolina Beach (Banana flavored frozen yogart with strawberries, kiwi and a little bit of chocolate syrup.
