Day 61

Breakfast:  (my yummy mini omelettes!)


Lunch:  (I was hungry!  I think I ate a little bit of everything in the kitchen!)



Dinner: (We went to Downtown Greensboro for First Friday's and I had an amazing Chicken Salad Salad at Grey's Tavern)


Dessert (OMG!  We went to The Sweet Shop and I had the most AMAZING piece of Lemon Poundcake) - I only ate 1/2...but I WANTED to eat the whole thing!

Lunch:  (worked through lunch...heated up a couple spring rolls)  Not a good choice!
Dinner:  Still working...made a chicken/red beans and rice casserole...easy, but still not a good choice..booooo!

Started out my day going to breakfast with my son and his family on our way to the train station:
Next:  I had "lunch" on the train:

Got in late:  Dinner consisted of a bowl of granola with almond milk and a side of Kiwi.

Went to Cheeseburger in Paradise and ate a "Avocado Bacon Burger"  with a side of teriyaki green beans
